THE CAULDRON
An 8-week mentorship for women who are ready to understand themselves differently.
You already know something needs to change.
Maybe you’re tired of carrying everyone else. Maybe you keep finding yourself in the same emotional loops. Maybe you’ve done enough reflecting to know why you are the way you are—but knowing why hasn’t necessarily changed how you move through your life.
The Cauldron is where we slow all of that down.
We look at what you’re carrying, what keeps repeating, what belongs to your past, what is actually happening in your present, and what you want to choose moving forward.
Not so you can become a different woman.
So you can hear yourself clearly enough to lead the woman you already are.
Book Discovery CallTHIS IS FOR THE WOMAN WHO...
You’re self-aware. You’ve thought about your life. You’ve probably already done some work on yourself.
But there are still places where you feel stuck.
You may know exactly what you should do and still struggle to do it.
You may find yourself replaying conversations, questioning your decisions, carrying emotions that aren’t entirely yours, or allowing old experiences to dictate what feels possible now.
You may have spent years being who everyone else needed you to be—and somewhere along the way stopped asking what you need.
And underneath all of it, there’s a knowing:
I cannot keep doing this the same way.
That’s where we begin.
WHAT IS THE CAULDRON?
The Cauldron is an intimate 8-week mentorship experience for eight women.
This is NOT about me handing you another checklist for becoming a “better” version of yourself.
It’s about learning how to understand yourself.
Your thoughts.
Your emotions.
Your patterns.
Your stories.
The things you carry.
The ways your past still shows up in your present.
And the choices you make when fear, discomfort, uncertainty, or old conditioning enters the room.
Over eight weeks, we start untangling all of it.
You’ll learn how to become more consciously aware of what’s happening inside of you, how to stay with yourself when things feel heavy, and how to recognize when an old story is making decisions for the woman you are today.
Because awareness changes the way you participate in your own life.
WHAT WE'LL WORK ON
Inside The Cauldron, we’ll explore:
Awareness
Learning to recognize the thoughts, emotions, patterns and loops operating underneath the surface.
What you're carrying
Separating what is actually yours from what you've taken responsibility for along the way.
Your stories
Recognizing the beliefs and narratives that have quietly become “truth.”
Your past vs. your present
Learning to notice when an old experience is influencing a current moment.
Your relationship with discomfort
Building the capacity to sit with difficult emotions without immediately fixing, avoiding, suppressing or reacting to them.
Fear and resistance
Understanding what happens inside of you when you know something needs to change—but part of you is terrified to move.
Choice
Learning to make decisions from awareness rather than automatically responding from old patterns.
Self-leadership
Hearing yourself, trusting what you hear and learning how to move forward without abandoning yourself in the process.
THIS ISN'T ABOUT FIXING YOU.
And I’m not promising that eight weeks will solve every problem in your life.
That's not the work.
The work is learning how to participate differently in your own life.
By the end of The Cauldron, my goal is for you to understand yourself in a way you didn't before.
To recognize your loops sooner.
To understand what happens inside of you when something gets hard.
To know how to sit with what you're feeling instead of immediately trying to escape it.
To separate what happened then from what is happening now.
To question the stories you've been living from.
And to have tools you can continue using long after our eight weeks together are over.
You don't leave with a perfect life.
You leave knowing how to meet your life differently.
WHAT'S INCLUDED
The Cauldron is intentionally small.
Only 8 women will be invited into each cohort, so there is space for me to actually know you and work with you.
During our eight weeks together, you'll receive:
8 weekly group sessions
A 60-minute live session with the women inside your cohort.
8 private 1:1 sessions with me
A 60-minute private mentorship session every week. This is where we take what is happening inside the group work and go deeper into your life.
Weekday messaging access
Access to me Monday–Friday during designated hours for support between sessions.
Your private Kajabi space
Weekly material, prompts, resources and group-session recordings will live here so everything stays in one place.
A small, intentional room
Eight women. That's it.
This is not a massive group program where you disappear into a Zoom screen.
I want to know the women I'm working with.
WHO I'M LOOKING FOR
I'm not looking for the woman who has everything figured out.
I'm looking for the woman who is willing.
Willing to be honest.
Willing to get curious.
Willing to notice herself.
Willing to question some of the stories she's been carrying.
Willing to sit in a little discomfort instead of immediately running from it.
And willing to show up consistently for eight weeks.
You don't need to know exactly what needs to change before you come in.
Sometimes all you know is:
Something has to.
That's enough to start the conversation.

THINK THE CAULDRON MIGHT BE FOR YOU?
Let's talk.
The discovery call is not a sales ambush.
It's a conversation.
I want to hear where you are, what has been happening in your life and what made you reach the point where you know something needs to change.
You'll have space to ask me questions and learn more about The Cauldron.
And I'll be listening, too.
Because with only eight women in the room, I'm intentional about who I invite into it.
We'll figure out together whether The Cauldron is the right next step for you.
