Welcome to EVOLVESHE. These Terms and Conditions govern the purchase and participation in my coaching programs and services. By purchasing or enrolling in any of my offerings, you agree to the following terms:

 

1. PROGRAM & COACHING PURCHASE AGREEMENT

By purchasing any coaching session, package, or program, you acknowledge that:

  • All sales are final. No refunds will be issued after purchase.
  • Payment is required in full unless a payment plan has been agreed upon.
  • Payment plans, if applicable, must be completed in full regardless of program completion status.
  • Your purchase is non-transferable and may not be shared with another individual.

2. PAYMENT & BILLING POLICY

  • Payments must be made via the approved methods listed on my website.
  • If you are on a payment plan, timely payments are required. Late or missed payments may result in suspension of access to coaching services or program materials.
  • In case of failed payments, your access to the program or coaching sessions will be paused until the outstanding amount is settled.

3. CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING POLICY

  • One-on-One Coaching: If you need to reschedule a session, you must provide at least 24 hours' notice. Failure to do so will result in the session being forfeited.
  • Programs & Courses: Once enrolled, access is granted for the duration of the program. No cancellations or refunds are permitted.
  • In the event that I (Becky) need to reschedule, I will provide alternative dates at the earliest convenience.

4. CONFIDENTIALITY & PRIVACY

  • All coaching sessions and communications are strictly confidential. Your personal information will never be shared without your consent, except as required by law.
  • Recording of coaching sessions is not permitted unless mutually agreed upon.
  • Any materials provided during coaching sessions or programs are proprietary and may not be shared, copied, or distributed without permission.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

  • All content, exercises, workbooks, videos, and materials provided within my programs and coaching sessions are owned by EVOLVESHE and are for personal use only.
  • You may not replicate, distribute, or use my intellectual property for commercial purposes without express permission.

6. DISCLAIMER & LIABILITY

  • My coaching services are not therapy, counseling, or medical treatment. By engaging in coaching, you acknowledge that I am not a licensed therapist, psychologist, or medical professional.
  • Results vary from person to person. I do not guarantee specific outcomes, as your growth depends on your individual efforts, choices, and commitment.
  • You assume full responsibility for any decisions or actions you take as a result of coaching. I am not liable for any consequences of actions you take based on our work together.

7. TERMINATION OF SERVICES

  • I reserve the right to terminate coaching services if I determine that coaching is no longer beneficial or if a client is not aligned with the coaching process.
  • In the case of termination, any outstanding payments remain due and payable as per the agreed terms.

8. AGREEMENT & CONSENT

By purchasing and participating in my coaching services and programs, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. If you have any questions, please reach out before making a purchase.
